Word wrap

Hello,

Would someone please tell me how to do word wrap in emacs?  I know about
auto-fill, but I want something that doesn't actually insert newlines,
because I don't want them saved in the document.  I'm looking for the
word-wrap functionality as present in most basic word processors.
