precompiled emacs installation on Solaris 8

I have downloaded a precompiled emacs (emacs-21.1-sol8-sparc-local)
from http://sunfreeware.com/ for Solaris, installed in /usr/local on
a standalone machine running Solaris 8. The installation went fine;
however, the execution failed. The error message is
%emacs
Cannot open load file: term/x-win
Any idea?
