It will surly appear in green color (I use this all the time).
If you have more than 1 face-property overlay on the same text then
the face that is shown depends on the priority of the overlay, the
higher priority (larger number) will be shown. Use:
(overlay-put <overlay-name> 'priority <priority-value>)
to set the overlay priority.
