- Browse the command index of the Emacs manual (info "(emacs)Command
Index").
- Browse the ELisp manual (info "(elisp)Top") and the index therein
(info "(elisp)Index").
- `C-h a foo RET' (Menu / Help / Describe / Apropos Commands) shows
all commands containing "foo" including a short description.
