Thanks for the reply.  I tried that and got a message saying:

'Run program: C:/Program Files/emacs-21.3/bin/cmdproxy.exe'

... at the bottom, hit return and got:

'Spawning child process: invalid argument.'

Any ideas?  Thanks!
