May be you can use desktop mode to save your session and restore all
your buffers.
But if you want to do that alone with a list of file name in a file, you
can do something like this:

|            (find-file "file-containing-file-names")
|            (goto-char (point-min))
|            (while (not (eobp))
|              (save-excursion
|                (find-file (buffer-substring (point-at-bol)
|                                             (point-at-eol)))
|                (display-buffer (current-buffer)))
|              (forward-line))
|            (kill-buffer (current-buffer))))

with a "file-containing-file-names" like:

| /home/you/foo
| /home/you/bar
| /home/you/somefile
