No, I can't add any of those gmane groups the way I
usually do, with

(setq gnus-select-method '(nntp "Aioe.org"))

and

(defun gnus-add-nntp-group (group)
  (interactive "s Group: ")
  (gnus-group-make-group group "nntp" (nth 1 gnus-select-method))
  (gnus-save-newsrc-file) )

Perhaps they are not on Aioe.org?
