Radius doesn't care what you point at it to authenticate. Just make
sure whatever is processing PPPoE is configured to talk to the radius
server with the same key and that gnu-radius is configured to allow
that IP address to authenticate through it. The How-to on the PPPoE is
not something this list can help with, PPPoE servers look just like any
other RAS/NAS device to gnu-radius.

With the INSERT command? I'm not really sure what you are asking here.
The manual has instructions for creating the database/table and even
example mysql statements (under the accounting configuration section).
If you are unfamiliar with mysql, the mysql documentation would be your
first start. In the contrib directory is a perl script I wrote to suck
in the /etc/passwd and /etc/master.passwd from a FreeBSD system in to
the database.
