I just updated a 1.5 to a 1.10 to check out the XML capabilities and saw
that (at least) gbch-cjlistx wasn't installed by ``make install´´.
It seems it's missing in both {src,build}/ins/Makefile.in (and for that
in Makefile itself). Put it there under PROGS=, fine.
