RPMs for Mandrake

Dear Sir or Ma'am:

        While at Linux World (on Tuesday of it), there was a very nice fellow 
(I do not unfortunately remember his name off hand), that told me that Mandrake 
was inclusive of a binary RPM allowing me to fully install gnucomm. I have 
found that to be false. Matter of fact, I have yet to find even a source RPM, 
much more a binary RPM as suggested. Where do I get an RPM (binary if possible) 
for Mandrake 8.0?
