What I was referring to is that the application was already compiled,
when the pl2link problem happen. You could try to run the application by
issuing the command

openapp ./Affiche.app

This will start the application Affiche, but I would expect this command
to fail, with a similar error message as the one you get from pl2link.

As I wrote, this does not solve your problem. You may go back to
rebuilding the GNUstep environment and have a close look at all the
error and warning messages that show up.
