it is my spell mistake, it was hd0, not dh0

In the second you specified setup to dh0 not hd0.

And also this is GRUB legacy syntax not GRUB2. GRUB legacy isn't maintained for a long time and you should use GRUB2 anyway, but especially for GRUB2.
