Thanks for the report!  The failed tests are from gnulib, so your build
is likely fine anyway, but this should be fixed nonetheless.  Perhaps it
has already been fixed, though, could you please try to build the latest
daily snapshot?

I'm preparing a new stable release, so your feedback on the daily
snapshot will influence the next stable release.
