[Help-java2html] merging java2html and cpp2html

Hi everyone :-)

        Following the advice of some of you, I started to merge the two
programs into a single package. Actually my idea is to create a more
general package where one can insert many source language and many
target language (e.g. the next one will surely be Latex).

        I was thinking of calling it 'src2tags'... what do you think? would you
like to suggest another name?
