I couldn't find anything in the docs. Is there a flag that would turn off
the "no echo" @ at the start of commands? I have many files that are
generated and I care about the commands only when debugging. For example:
target:
@complicated-command-to-create-target >$(@)
$ gmake --verbose
complicated-command-to-create-target >$(@)
I'm thinking this should act exactly like "-n" except that it should really
make the targets.
Thanks,
Noel
