Hello;

    I've installed an rpm'd version of octave 2.0.13.
If you have RedHat 5.1 or later you will want the libc6 version;

ftp://contrib.redhat.com/lib6/i386/

    I installed gnuplot from the RedHat distribution disk. I have not
tried to use any .oct files so cannot say for sure.
