dsmax functions

  Hello,

I am interested by the "dsmax" routines, which I found at :

  ftp://ftp.mathworks.com/pub/contrib/v4/optim/dsmax

I use the program "Octave" which is very similar to "Matlab", apart
from the price : "Octave" is distributed under the GNU Public Licence
(it is free). I was wondering whether I could adapt to "Octave" and
distribute your code, under the GNU GPL. I did not find any copyright
information in the "dsmax" files, so I thought it would be a good idea
to ask you in person.

  Salutations,

  Etienne
