3D matrices

Hi,

I have some Matlab code I am trying to convert into Octave. I use 3D
matrices to store some data (lat, lon, time), and I was wondering if anybody
had any suggestion about how to convert this without having to create a
different matrix for each time section.

Thanks

iago
