Even more on octave for win.

Finally, my octave for windows installs on any directory. The default is 
$PROGRAMFILES\GNU Octave 2.1.36. I did it with a program to generate the 
correct octaverc.

I'll upload it tomorrow 'cause I'm too tired and the firewall refuses to let me 
in.
