how to read/write from/to a file ?

I'd like to save what shell says me , I mean I'd like to save the
interaction with the shell in a file: how can I do? (in windows).

How can I write in a shell the command is in a file?

How can I load list of data from a file in to variables?


There are some file that you had send to me (thank you!!!) which finish for
m
(for example  file.m) it is a libray? How can I load it?
I'd have to put in a directory? How can use it? How can I call function in
it?
