There seems to be a problem with the DNS maps for octave.org, in part
because the nameservers at UW that list octave.org have changed names.
I've asked John Turner, who holds the registration for the octave.org
domain, to update the records with the registrar. Until that happens,
you may have some trouble reaching octave.org. Sorry for the trouble.
