This is an excellent idea, in my opinion. For example, the wiki could
be set up so that people can read the help for a function, modify it,
and the changes are automatically submitted to the bug list. The
changes should be done in accordance with a template showing the
standard way of writing a function help with an example of usage.
If such an instrument was up and running, I think that I would submit
patches to function helps much more often.
