How to correctly Install Octave on Redhat Enterprise Linux 4? |

Has anyone found a successful way to install octave 2.9.12 on RHEL4?
I'm working on it, and any help is appreciated. If there isn't any
known successful way then I would be more than happy to post how to here
whenever I figure it out.
