3-D plots

I am trying to plot  X[1:N] and T[0:n] vs V(X,T).
I have tried using plot3, meshgrid, meshdom, mesh but
am unable to get x- axis to be X. y - axis to be V and
z- axis to be T.

Can someone help me, please.
