Re: Octave-Forge: Segmentation Fault

I'm a week late joining this thread, but I have also had this problem  
for several days.  The problem occurs whether I use fink octave  
(2.9.14) or CVS octave, whether I use fink octave-forge or try to do  
a manual pkg install.  I attempt to install packages general, plot ,  
and odepkg.

I am running Mac OS X 10.4 on an intel-based mac.

I am attempting to recover an older fink installation from a backup  
hard drive to see if that fixes the problem.
