How can I make liboctave.dll?

Dear Octave users,

 

I am trying to insert one statement into the makefile to create liboctave.def file. It is supposed to be inserted immediately after where liboctave.dll is created in the makefile.

I looked through the makefiles but cannot find any entries pointing to the liboctave.dll.

 

So how/where is liboctave.dll created in makefile?
