NNet package in C++

Hi All

I started playing in Octave mostly because I am interested in integrating it 

within my applications in C++.

What I understood is that main Octave routines are available in C++, but

how about the packages? I want to embed in C++ also the  NNet package.

Is it possible to do that or the package code must be explicitly converted in C++ first?
