Hello,
I have a query regarding dec2bin function in Octave. Sometimes it is
giving an error saying that it can handle only non negative integers.
The number (which is a matrix element), whose base is to be changed,
is derived by performing sqrt(a.*a) to remove the negative signs
involved. Yet, dec2bin return this error. Can you advice, what could
be wrong and suggest a solution to this? The function Is_scalar(a)
returns true.
Thank you for the advice.
Best regards,
Mathew George
