Thanks Andy,
However, when I try Firefox 3.6, Beta 3, the advertisements just keep
cycling, but no download screen comes up even the main window says the
download should start shortly. Same result when I try the direct or the
mirror link.
Any other ideas?

That link works for me now (win xp using firefox). When I have
annoying issues like that, I generally find that the quickest solution
is to try a different browser: firefox, google chrome, internet
explorer, opera, konqueror.

This is lazy, rather than actually figuring out the cause of the problem...
