Legend and LineStyle with Plotyy

Hello there, 

Im having the same problem using octave in combination with 'plotyy' and
'legend'. In the end the legend will appear but it only shows the
description of the first plot. 
So i need this for my theses wich i have to be finish within four days.
This is why im writing to you directly to see if you found any solution
for this problem yet. Else i have 'fake' the legend into the plot with
gimp or something :-).
