I cannot also access http://sourceforge.net/projects/octave/ but
can access http://www.gnu.org/software/octave/ normally.
When I access the below

I have used Google Chrome, Opera, IE v6(Sorry obsoltate on win sp home)
For those who cannot access http://sourceforge.net/projects/octave/,
please use http://www.gnu.org/software/octave/ at the moment.
I do not the relationship between http://sourceforge.net/projects/octave/ and
http://www.gnu.org/software/octave/ .
