Donation to GNU Octave

Martin and Thomas pointed me to the Free Software Foundation *Europe*(FSFE, http://fsfe.org/donate/donate.en.html) to deduce a donation toOctave from my income tax, so now we have the question:

Does anybody know if money donated to the FSFE can "directly go" to GNUOctave? I will also aks by the FSFE...
