Windows 7 and octave 3.2.4

Hi members,

I decided to buy a new computer.

Now my os is windows 2000 SP4 rollup 1

I suppose a computer with OS windows 7 -32 bit and AMD processor and 4 GB
ram memory.

I saw somewhere it's better an AMD processor than intel for octave.Now on
windows 2000

octave 3.2.4 runs perfect with AMD processor.I think I don't need 64 bit
because this can give

some problems with 32 bit drivers.

Have you any suggestions.
