Missing  the point here....

It is not related to writing into a file...

Script is running ok first time... exits, closes files.... plots show up.
Second time, plots do not show up...error message shows up, right at the
moment of plotting.

I read in an older post that there was a problem of exiting octave without
closing plots...
something related with the gnuplot link.

The code being shown is just a segment... where the error occurs the second
time the function is called.
The whole code is like 800 lines... too much to put over here.
