Guioctave is deprecated. Use octave gui,DomainMath IDE,xoctave etc. After
uninstalling delete installation folder ,clean temp folder. Delete registry
keys. In registry editor search for Guioctave. All keys related guioctave
exsist in a parent key (its name is authors name). Delete parent key.
Install guioctave, do not install vc runtime libraries.
