a) loading data files and creating a ml algorithm with them. A bit complex see attached and wikipedia but maybe you have a ready-made step by step or a demo somewhere.
b) reading the mean of a group of numbers fed to a matrix e.g. A = [10,0.9,0.8,07]. I might need other moving averages and some basic math operators to script the result.
I am using GNU Octave 4.0.0 written by John W. Eaton running on Windows not the latest version.
