Circle Finder

Hello,

 I would like to use this next function : imfindcircles

Like this:

B=imread("deformation_galaxie2.jpg");

[centers, radii, metric] = imfindcircles(B,[0 pixel_x1]);

But Octave doesn't find it. Is there an other function to find circles and
its radius? 

I would like to know the radius of this next circle :
