RE: error installing rcs in AIX

Based on the configure script distributed with RCS it appears it searches
for diff3 in your PATH environment variable.  Does the user account you're
compile RCS with have access to GNU diff3 on the command-line?

Admittedly, I've only done user installs to my home directory on AIX.
