Re: rudimentary preauth working

FYI, I cleaned up the pre-auth code and it should now be complete.
Only ETYPE-INFO2 and PA-ENC-TIMESTAMP are implemented.

I've removed the 'preauth' option discussed in the last e-mail, no
additional configuration should be required to get pre-auth working.
It also supports non-default salt and s2kparams.

As before, send me output from 'shishi -v -v -v -v foo' if it doesn't
work.

There will probably be a 0.0.24 with this soon...
