Yes, but in spite of the extension, it contains only XSLT directives
with a certain output format (HTML in this case). If they were
intertwined with XSL elements, then it would be XSL. (It's poor
naming, but nobody could foresee that XSL would starve, while its
"servant" XSLT would become the big success.)
