SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2006--FaceKey Corporation (Pink
Sheets:FEKY - 
News), a biometrics technology provider that specializes in access and
security control,announced today that it will begin selling its new
biometric access control unit, the EntryGuard Access Control AC-03.

The AC-03, is a fingerprint based Access Control product that offers TCP/IP
protocol and Wiegand 26 output for easy integration of a biometric solution
into existing third 
party access control systems with centralized enrollment and all the
features security dealers and integrators expect. In addition, the AC-03
offers a duress finger alarm.

President of FaceKey Corp., Yevgeny B. Levitov, Ph.D. commented "... that
the use of the FaceKey's EntryGuard AC-03 will provide customers with the
latest technology and 
a more secure access control solution than is available with non-biometric
technologies. In addition, its Wiegand capability gives customers with
existing third party systems a 
biometric access control solution without removal of its existing system."
FaceKey also has signed an agreement with Campion Sales Company, Inc., a
company with 
over 75 years of selling and distributing security products.
