Vincent, if you give detailed instructions on how to set up igraph in  
Eclipse, please cc it to the list so we can put it somewhere in a wiki  
(if there will be any), just in case someone else also needs it. Thanks!

I think it depends on how you compiled the igraph library. If you  
compiled it with debugging symbols enabled (you used the -g switch in  
gcc and/or you enabled debugging symbols by ./configure --enable-debug  
when compiling igraph), Eclipse should be able to peek into the igraph  
source code. At least gdb can do that and I'd be surprised if Eclipse  
did not use gdb at all for debugging.
