G, I'm upgrading from dev version igraph-main--0.5 to dev igraph--main--0.6, and I'm getting ready to run $> sudo make install from within the igraph--main--0.6 directory. I have not changed the igraph-main-0.5 installation... can I and/or should I uninstall the 0.5 dev version... I assume $> sudo make uninstall from within the igraph--main--0.5 directory would clear the 0.5 version from the install paths? The concern, as usual, is leaving software from a previous install that might affect the current install, as well as holding onto unused files. Richard Gabor Csardi wrote: Thanks for the 'how-to'! What is important, the igraph--main--0.5 argument, this selects the version to be installed. As soon as igraph-0.5 is released an igraph--main--0.6 tree will be created, that will be the new development version.
