Paolo, these are R packages for the (0.6) development version, they
have weighted betweenness:

http://cneurocvs.rmki.kfki.hu/igraph/download/igraph_0.6.zip

The latter is for windows. Please tell me if you need the C library
instead, I'll create a snapshot then.
