[igraph] Mac Universal Binary of latest 0.6 dev version (R)

Does anyone happen to have a mac universal binary of the latest 0.6  
dev version (in R) laying around?

I'd be much obliged. I need some of the  functionality that has  
slightly changed since the 0.5.3 version.
