Hello List,

I have found communities in my graph through the walktrap.community function.
Here's the result:

> mywalktrap
Graph community structure calculated with the walktrap algorithm

maybe I don't understand well the dendrogram structure, but when I call
as.dendrogram I obtain:

> as.dendrogram(mywalktrap)
'dendrogram' with 2 branches and 2 members total, at height 286

which is not really helpful once plotted...

Am I missing something?

thanks in advance for any help!

best,
simone
