[igraph] Igraph Rwrapper

Dear All,
I am involved in a project in which some R code has to be integrated 
into cishell (http://cishell.org/).
As far as we can see, the standard way of integrating R scripts into 
CIShell is by means of a Java-based wrapper (RWrapper?)

However, since we also need to import the igraph library, we wonder it 
that makes the integration more difficult or even impossible at all.
Any suggestion is really appreciated.
