Hi,
Had to reinstall everything.... After crash....
Previously had found on Internet an old version of igraph already
compiled with libxml2...
But try to update ... and Do not succeed in installing Graphml option...
Ubuntu 11.1
libxml2 installed (synaptic)
R Installed (synaptic)
Igraph in R (from CRAN)
But when try to read a Graphml file...
I have a "ERREUR: impossible d'ouvrir la connexion"
Courageous to try... but not a Linux specialist ... or Compilation
specialist... Please try to explain clearly what should I try....
