Where exactly?
I've found cvs-1.11.tar.gz, and the only source files that seem to be
related to the server part (server.h and server.c) contain comment
indicating they're actually the interface to the server.
Well, there's this note in the INSTALL file saying that when using
./configure without --disable-server, it will compile a server, but
after a make, only cvs and cvsbug are built. And there's no option to
run cvs in a server mode, or any documentation about configuring it.
Is the server code contained in the cvs executable? How one can
stipulate where the sources are to be stored, how and when the server
processes are to be launched (inetd, /etc/rc.d, whatever), etc?
