I can use CVS successfully from the command line.
I get this message from WinCvs when trying to commit the changes in one
Java file.
cvs commit -m "test commit" Test.java (in directory C:
\cvstest_checkout\cvs_test\)
Checking in Test.java;
c:\cvs_root/cvs_test/Test.java,v <-- Test.java
new revision: 1.2; previous revision: 1.1
cvs [commit aborted]: cannot rename file c:\cvs_root/cvs_test/,Test.java,
to c:\cvs_root/cvs_test/Test.java,v: File exists

Can you use CVS from the command-line? Is this a WinCVS problem, or a
CVS problem?
Please post any error messages you see to help diagnose the problem...
